Why We Celebrate
This milestone honours creative learning, sustained studio practice and the development of students preparing for professional life. It also recognises the contribution of graduates and the department’s evolving relationship with technology, visual communication and the opportunities ahead.
Rooted in applied arts education, the Graphic Design programme brings together ideas, making, critique and technical skill so students can communicate with clarity and responsibility.

To equip learners through training and develop world-class graphic design manpower that supports industry and promotes human-resource development in Ghana and beyond.
Our Mission
To provide tertiary education in graphic design through the application of arts, while promoting teaching and research in the graphic world.

A Message from the Department
The department is more than a place of instruction. It is a space for experimentation, reflection, critique, technical development and responsible visual communication.
